I started training in 1991 with Grand Master Yoon .with my 2 sons. I
was doing home child care during the day and training in the
evenings. With my husband joining us we are a black belt
family. They have moved on to other life interests but I see the
characteristic traits instilled in them by Grand Master Yoon of respect and
integrity for themselves and others as the go on in their lives
adventures.
I am 4th dan ,TKD is a way of life. It helps you focus on yourself,
sharpening your mind and body. Because it is "all about you". Its
about challenging yourself to bring out the best in who you are and
who you want to be.
I have found for children, my passion, that when
training in tkd there is always something there that they can do to
be proud of themselves at the end of every class. The joy and pride
I see at the end of each class on their faces is much more
fulfilling then anything I could do physically myself that makes me
proud of my own accomplishments.
